Terms of Service

1. Service Deployment

By engaging YSB Solutions, you authorize our engineers to deploy Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) protocols across your digital assets. We are not a traditional design agency; our mandate is strictly limited to deterministic search visibility and lead acquisition workflows.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom algorithmic structures, Next.js components, and proprietary GEO scripts deployed on your infrastructure remain the intellectual property of YSB Solutions until full contract resolution. Upon completion, full transfer of ownership is programmatically executed.

3. Performance Guarantees

While our architecture is designed for extreme conversion rates, AI platform algorithms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) are fluid and nondeterministic by nature. We guarantee the rigorous implementation of our optimization protocol, but cannot legally guarantee fixed quantitative revenue outputs.

4. Termination of Protocol

Both entities retain the right to terminate the service agreement with a 30-day notice. Upon termination, YSB Solutions will cease all optimization protocols and safely uncouple our remote infrastructure from your servers.
